69434 de Gerlache (provisional designation: 1996 HC21) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Eric Walter Elst at the La Silla Observatory in Chile on April 18, 1996. It is named after Adrien de Gerlache, a Belgian Navy officer and leader of the Belgian Antarctic Expedition from 1897 to 1899.
